YT Addict | When you give your furbabies a bath... Do you wash their little faces. I gave Finley a bath today and I was just wondering how you wash their little faces. Do you use soap? I was nervous about his little eyes and nose. I didn't wash it...what do you all do? |

| I use a tear free shampoo for the facial area only, that's the only way bailey doesn't squirm.

| I use very diluted Johnson's baby shampoo on his face. Minksheen on his body. The baby shampoo is tear-free and does not sting. I do his face after his bath, when I'm cleaning his ears.

| I use puppy shampoo on Missy's face. It doesn't seem to bother her. What I don't like is the rinsing part.

| I don't like the rinsing part either and I've found that it helps to dilute the shampoo with water.

| The best way to rinse the face is to use large ketchup/mustard bottles filled with water. I cut the tip so there is a good stream of water. You can direct the stream with squirt bottles and keep it out of eyes and ears. I use Absolutely Natural shampoo. Regular baby shampoo is much too harsh for delicate coats and dries them out over time. Animal Friends Manufacturing Shampoo |
