When you give your furbabies a bath...
 
Do you wash their little faces. I gave Finley a bath today and I was just wondering how you wash their little faces. Do you use soap? I was nervous about his little eyes and nose. I didn't wash it...what do you all do?

:D we bathed poppy yesterday , we have a doggy shampoo that is gentle around the facial area :) i suppose its a bit like baby shampoo , we have never had aproblem , hope this helps :thumbup: lovejill n poppy xx :animal-pa

I use my daughters baby shampoo for my girls dirty faces. It is tear free and gentle.

I use a tear free shampoo for the facial area only, that's the only way bailey doesn't squirm.

I use very diluted Johnson's baby shampoo on his face. Minksheen on his body. The baby shampoo is tear-free and does not sting. I do his face after his bath, when I'm cleaning his ears.

I use a wash rag and baby shampoo on Lucky's face.

I use puppy shampoo on Missy's face. It doesn't seem to bother her. What I don't like is the rinsing part.

I use Puppy shampoo on Bailey's face and Buddy Wash for his body.

I don't like the rinsing part either and I've found that it helps to dilute the shampoo with water.

We use tearless puppy shampoo for the face and Oatmeal Doggy shampoo for the body.

The best way to rinse the face is to use large ketchup/mustard bottles filled with water. I cut the tip so there is a good stream of water. You can direct the stream with squirt bottles and keep it out of eyes and ears.

I use Absolutely Natural shampoo. Regular baby shampoo is much too harsh for delicate coats and dries them out over time.

I agree with LilMissy... this is a great idea and I just threw away an empty ketchup bottle. :(
