Men and Yorkies

So Funny!! My husband LOVES our babies. He also was used to bigger dogs and now he loves Yorkies!!! It is kindof funny watching a big guy like him play so much with these little ones.

These stories are sooo cute!

My bf is the same.....he loves Bella (though he'll pretend he doesn't really...but I catch the looks he has on his face when he watches her--pure adoration! ) Just yesterday, he was going for a run, and I said why not take Bella too....she'd have a ball and get worn out too. So he did....PINK LEASH AND ALL!!! (P.S. She started getting tired, so he brought her back and then finished his run....such a sweetie!)

lol..lucky!! I still need to get Tobie a purse too, but of course he thinks I should save my money!! Save it for what?? bBut he does love the little monster just thinks that I am crazy for always getting Tobie clothes. lol

His friend then jokingly says that we better be careful because he might steal Tobie. lol. Apparently, he LOVES Yorkies! It just seems like men usually want big dogs so I think it's cute when they love the little ones.

YES! My husband is a fighter pilot in the Air Force and although he was hesitant to get a Yorkie, he is crazy about her now. Every morning when he wakes up to find her on his pillow (as opposed to mine) he says, "See, baby love me more!" He snuggles with her all the time.

We named our lil babe "Megatron" (Meg for short!) because Tim thought it was so funny to have a 2.5 lb dog named "Megatron". I think it helped him warm up to her? But he would have warmed up regardless.

Of course, there was also the hypo incident when DH was home and didn't realize how hypo she was... Meg ended up in the vet with an IV for two nights. I think he felt really guilty about that and it brought them even closer together.

My fiancé actually WANTED a yorkie before I did. I'm the one that wanted a black lab. (I had big dogs all my life growing up so I was used to them). After we got our fur babies, I fell in love. I still want a big dog, but I wouldn't trade my little ones for a big one!
