I am a new yorkie owner too. I use Johnson and Johnson's baby shampoo as well and it leaves Dolce feeling like a soft teddy bear. So far I believe it works great! But is it safe to use?

I brought Preston home when he was 12 weeks old and the vet. told me to only use baby shampoo untill he is older. He told me it's the safest thing to use while they're young. He's now 6 months old and I'm also in search of a good shampoo/conditioner as well.

Welcome to the YT family. I use Minksheen and BioGroom puppy no-tear formula for their faces. I have used Buddy Wash but love the Minsheen smell best of all.

Hi Karen,
Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I use Coathandlers shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my Calleigh's hair very shiny and with no dander flakes..dandruff. I order it online. I don't think you'll find it on the shelves. I could be wrong though. It's a very good product. Good luck with your pup.
