| Yet Another Adding a Yorkie Question It's evening now. I'm sitting on my bed with my computer on my lap, watching my favorite TV programs. Gus finally settled down, & is sleeping next to me. This repeats pretty much daily. If I add a Yorkie, might the new one not want to settle down, e.g., sleep, & thus disturb this routine? I love to socialize with Gus, but this quiet time is nice too.

| I do exactly what you do in my bed relaxing with my laptop. I have 3 babies and they all lay with me, sometime all together in a little ball. They just settle down in a second.

| I don't do this in bed but usually every night get the laptop, veg on the couch and watch TV. We had Samson by himself from July to Jan and he would share my lap with the laptop. I will say that getting Harley did disturb my night routine a lot but it has settled down now. I will say having both dogs is worth the disturbance in our routine. Harley is still a puppy so I expect it to settle down to a nightly routine in a few months.
