We took vinny too the best surgeon in the state, and they did ultrasounds and everything and said he had microvascular dysplasia not a shunt. (he also have fluid in his brain, and a spine deformality) So he is on medication 3 times a day and as long as he stays on it he is 95% better. His coat is better he has gained weight, he can walk and run, but he still has seisures. If we don't give it too him for a couple days he start too get worse again, there is no surgery we can get him though... so we just have too keep this up for a long as he lives

That picture of Yap Yap was taken 5 or 6 years ago. I never used anything special on her coat. She just had a naturally beautiful silky coat. I can't even remember what brand of shampoo I was using back then.

Thank you for the update....Little Vinny has been on my mind and in my heart. My Roxy has MVD so I know all about it. She doesn't have it as bad as other and Vinny, bc she doesn't have seizures. The fluid in his brain - is that hydrocephalus ??? Vinny is VERY lucky to have you as his parents. IMO - JD will definitely rot-in-hell for his horrible acts here on earth
