|  hawks are bad in my area (apparently...i have never seen one but people say that are) ... IF my kids went potty outside (which they do not since they are wee pad trained), i would never let them out without a leash and harness on ... something horrible could happen in the blink of an eye and i would never forgive myself when the kids are out playing in the backyard, my eyes are constantly looking upward making sure nothing is up there

| These stories always make me shiver...  Its thankfully not a problem here in the UK...but if it was I wouldn't leave my tiny 3lber out alone for a minute....I would maybe build some sort of enclosed run for her..
