| I don't know if this helps but I bathed mine in Milksheen, Saturday. Then I brush and groom them everyday. I use Hartz Infusions Conditioning spray. It is the mousturizer and detangler. I just mist it on them, brush it through and style. They look freshly groomed.

| I think it also has something to do with hair texture. Isla has really fluffy (clumpy, I think you used) and drier looking hair, too. I could really bathe her every 3-4 days because she gets stinky from playing with the other dogs, gets food dropped on her from the kids, and just looks all-around better after her bath. She's never shiny cause her coat is cottony, but she definitely looks a whole lot better freshly bathed!

| Have you tried a boar bristle brush? I've noticed it helps for Missy.

| Chris Christensen makes one, here's a LINK but I just bought a $10 one that I found at a drugstore (London Drugs). It's meant for people, but it works really well for Missy. I read about it on here, so decided to try. It's really good for smoothing her coat and distributing the natural oils from on her skin. It gets rid of that stringy look and kind of fluffs her up again.
