| do you think the other will stand up???? My baby is 4 months old one ear is up the other only when he is on his side. I have trimmed the hair. I think they are cute either way but I do prefer up. Take a look... will it come up or is it too late??

| I am not an expert but it may be good thing if you shave the ears and trim around with scissors . |

He is a doll. I would suggest taping them or massaging them

| If one ear is up more than likely the other will come up. My yorkies would have one ear drop when they were teething.

| One up One Down Now Both Up If you notice how cute my animated avatar is, thanks again passionfruition, you will see that one ear was up and one was down. His ears were up until about about 2 months then one went down. I massaged, taped it, trimmed it but nothing worked then about 4 months it popped straight back up never to go down again. Everyone assured me it probably would. Lil Bear is 8 months old and reminds me of yours.

| Yes, do trim the top of the ears. The hair on the ears tend to weigh the ear down |

| It has already been suggested, but if you want the best chance of success for that other ear, you should shave the tops and trim the sides of all that heavy hair. It may also be necessary to tape them but I would start there. My mother’s yorkie had the same problem and nothing was done, so one ear just flops. She just learned to live with it. Sue |
