Recap/Update on my search for Yoshi. I don't know why I can't access my prayer thread...it keeps giving me my-sql debugging error...so I am going to post it in this new thread until it is fixed or something. Recap/Update Ok since Yoshi has gone missing, I had several phone calls but as many of you have read there was one with the girl that called and left me a vm stating that she had found my beloved Yoshi...and not to call back and that she will call back. But I called back anyways and now she is denying she knows anything. Ok. Then the other night I spoke with a lady that said she may have seen him and tried to get him that same Monday...she said it was about 7:30 am when she was driving on the turnpike and happen to look over and seen a black yorkie in the grass...so she pulled up and tried to get him but he took off like a rabbit. And for me to concentrate my search in the residential area south of the Kelloge exit on the turnpike. Well these last few days I been driving on the turnpike and around the neighborhood. Well I decided I would drive around the "girl" house to see if i can see anything since it has been nice lately. Well today I happen to run into some kids that lives next door to the address that is listed for the cellphone that the girl called me from address. And handed them a flyer. And they ran into the house to give the parents the flyer. Well I drove down the street seen another neighbor. And handing him a flyer. Then turned the corner and seen another neighbor walking her german shepard and handed her a flyer. Then as I pull out of her neighborhood. Guess what I see? The turnpike .. her neighborhood which is 4 miles from my house...is located right there by the turnpike south of Kelloge. Maybe I am reading too much into it. But these are the only lead I have to my Yoshi. I feel that I am so close to finding him yet so far. I am full of emotions and thoughts right now that I am about to explode. I am drained from the constant searching and worrying. My heart breaks with each false hope and disappointment. Could this so called cruel joke these kids play actually be the key to find Yoshi? |
Keep up your search, Yoshi is somewhere waiting for you. I feel like you are getting really close to finding Yoshi.... too many things could add up to a quick end for your search. I'd watch her house like a hawk. Maybe quiz her neighbors and offer them a reward if they can give you info. on her and if they see a Yorkie. Good luck... my prayers are with you and little Yoshi for a quick and safe homecoming. John |
I hope that maybe these are some clues at to where your Yoshi could be. I think I read in one of your threads that you are offering a reward, is that right? If so, I hope that this lady is not trying to pull something just because of the reward, that is weird that she said not to call back and that she would call you. I really hope that Yoshi is close to being found!! |
Wow, Are you able to get the police involved and have them go over to this girls house to see if she really is lying and she does have Yoshi? I would think the police would be able to investigate this somehow I mean what IF she does have Yoshi and she is just trying to keep him I would think she would get introuble for this... Good luck - keep us posted! |

We're praying this leads to Yoshi's return! |
If she left you a voice mail, could you not let the police know and let them hear what it says? I would think they would be willing to help you find him |
It's a lead and like the good yorkie-Mama you are, you must follow it till the end! Keep at it until you know they have nothing or know nothing.:animal-pa |
Personally I'd make a visit to her house...with the police in tow and proof of my ownership |

Would animal control make a visit to her home on your behalf? |
