| Exactly what I was thinking.I have two that weigh the same but the boy is longer, although he is shorter than her,she is also younger so she may catch up.So I am thinking that may be it. if they are the same length and height I would say they were square.

Thor actually is "square" shaped, he's just extremely lean, has small bones, and a narrow frame. Maybe if he gained a little weight, he wouldn't give this impression. It's strange, when he's on the ground, he is tiny (4 lbs) and looks like a cute little puppy. Maybe I've just been looking at him too "long" myself.

| Baxter is 10 inches tall and 10 inches at the top of his shoulders. I think he looks like until my "niece" dachsund comes over. Then I realize he is short. |

| Piper is leggy with a long body. She also looks square, slight build, and weighs 5.2lbs. My other Yorkie had short legs, stocky body and weighed 14llbs. When he passed on at 13 he still looked like a puppy. We always kept him in the puppy cut and he had a cottony coat and he looked like a big teddy bear. The first time I had Piper groomed I had her done in a puppy cut and she looked terrible. She has a silky coat and the puppy cut made her look even leggier and naked. She looks better with her hair longer.

| I have a long boy! He's LONG and LEAN! He's about 9lbs but super skinny. I put him on Taste of the Wild dogfod and he's filled out quite a bit, so he might even be 10lbs now! Here he is! My Fletcher!

| My baby is just as long-bodied as she is long legged! She isn't 'cobby' or 'stuffy' at all - definately all sleek and long!! I have trouble getting clothes to fit her because of her length (approx 12" from neck to tail-base) xXx

| Quicksilver thor is such a little cutie pie. He's got an adorable face. how old is he now? how's the potty training going? any better? Madison is 9 mos old and since she was spayed about 3 weeks ago she's filled out. seems to be a little thicker. she only gets a 1/4 cup of kibble twice a day and 1 tablespoon of wet food mixed in. she's 5.2 lbs the day of her spay. |

Thor's Human Donating Member | Thanks everyone for the compliments! scentlady, the potty training is going much better, thanks for asking. I finally broke down and started crating him. Now that I see how much easier it is, I can't believe I waited this long. Now every couple hours I put his on his pad and tell him "potty". And he does! He is 2 1/2 years old... way to old not to be potty trained.
