I wonder how many YTers are obsessively checking for updates like I am... LOL With the emotional reunion, I hope they didn't forget to take some pictures! Would video of the reunion be too much to wish for?

I'm on the list too. At least we understand each others obsession with our cyber friends' pups, cause if I told my friends here they would think I'm nuts. Love our YT family.

So let's carry on with our reunion news-watch party.

I do believe she wanted to take him to her vet, right? I do hope we hear something soon. It would be nice if the honoree's was at this party too!!! I love our YT family as well, I so want to welcome Yoshi back into the family...I'm so full of anticipation and excitement...it's hard to contain myself.

I once had a pup that I didn't see for several years......that sweet girl went absolutely insane with happiness when she saw me......I collapsed on the floor with her crying my heart out.....The only thing I know for sure is that they remember. I will never forget that as long as I live....

Yoshi didn't remember me and quite terrified maybe because I reached out too fast and it scared him because he jumped back 10 feet. He kept going under my sister's leg to hide. And everything she tried to leave he tried to follow so when he went exploring around my mom's house she snuck out and after he realized it he kept walking to to front door. I took him to the vet yesterday for his rabies shot and just dropped him off at the vet for this dental work. He is more than likely going to lose most of his teeth well what's left anyways. His teeth are badly rotted and caked on with tartar. He is potty trained and seems afraid of a larger set male. He doesn't trust easily. His first night he kept his distance from me but made sure he watched my every move. Yesterday he seems more comfortable. He doesn't like being crated and that's the only time you hear a peep from him. He doesn't care to play with the others although Yukio tried to ignite some play with him. Please keep yoshi in your thoughts this morning while he is getting his dental work.

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry the reunion go as desired... But in a way, it's understandable. Just like how this was surreal to you, it could have the same affect for Yoshi. It seems like it'll take time but I'm sure the memories will come back to him. Even if it doesn't, he'll feel your love for him and come around soon enough.

With everything that happened, I'm glad you were able to find him and is able to take him in again. Hope Yoshi makes a speedy recovery.
