Thanks for the update. I'm sorry the reunion go as desired... But in a way, it's understandable. Just like how this was surreal to you, it could have the same affect for Yoshi. It seems like it'll take time but I'm sure the memories will come back to him. Even if it doesn't, he'll feel your love for him and come around soon enough.
With everything that happened, I'm glad you were able to find him and is able to take him in again. Hope Yoshi makes a speedy recovery.
