Mary, I certainly wouldn't want you to think, I think you should do this. You have done so much, more than most and at some point you may have decided to accept it and I certainly wouldn't want to interfere with that but we will all still keep praying for not just Yoshi's return but for you also. my ad went into the paper today...and so far i had 1 call but it turned out not to be him but i hope whoever yorkie that was is reunited with him...because he looks older with cataract in both eyes...

My heart just goes out to you. He may have gotten separated from his brother and someone found him, waiting until tomorrow to find out who the owner is.
I have had one of my girls slip out the door twice in her life. Once I found her running around the neighborhood and the second time she was being held by a nice neighbor who knew someone would come looking for her soon. There are still lots of nice people out there!!

I'm so sorry that your little baby is lost. I will pray for Yoshi's safe return. Please don't beat yourself up. Most of us have had close calls. I've had a close call myself. Thinking of you at this time.

xxmxaxrxyxx, please check this site Found Dogs in Wichita, Kansas -- LostDogWichita.com asap. I don't want to get your hopes up, but there is a male yorkie that was listed as found today. It might be the same person you already spoke to, but it's worth a shot. Also PMing you.

I sent an email to her, but I'm sure she'll check YT before checking her emails.I just hope she logs in soon and get this information to call the lady that posted the add.I would hate to get her hopes up, but lets just stay positive...

The one on Craigslist said that he didn't have a microchip tho, and Mary said that he has one...

Another thing I hate to bring up, but we have a university near us that does animal research. If you have one near you call and see if a dog matching Yoshi's description has been sold to them. If not ask that they put an alert out not to buy a dog matching his description that he was stolen and you want him back, to notify you if one turns up there.

I'm thinking someone is keeping him for themselves, alot of people want a Yorkie but can't afford one.

I've been flipping through some Wichita websites looking as well, and one thing I have noticed (although I'm sure she already thought of it) is there is a lot of ads that just say "small M dog." I wonder if whoever found him isn't familiar with dog breeds and maybe doesn't know what his breed is. So it could be an ad that is much less specific.

Usually who founds the dog, is not very specific when posting an add,to be able to confirm if the one calling, is in fact the person with a missing dog, the real owner, will be the only one to know all the characteristics and details of the dog.

I talked to Mary this morning and to the lady that found the Yorkie... It is NOT Yoshi!! Please keep praying for his safe return.. Mary if you do not want to call the parents of the pranksters, I will!! :mad:

So sorry to hear this wasn't Yoshi. It's so heartbreaking. What a great friend to offer to call! We'll continue praying and hoping for a miracle.

have you put flyers up at the local vets offices in your area and the small pet stores? usually the pet stores have a bulletin board up for different ads and lost dog flyers. we're still praying for his safe return.

when i got riley microchipped i was debating it but the vet tech had told me a story about how a couple got in a bad car accident and their dog who was in the car ran away. a year later someone called and notified their vet that their dog had been found and was staying with a family who was kind enough to give their dog back.

dont give your hopes up he'll come back to you soon!

Mary you should try and call the microchip company. Sometimes people will try to change the registration information. It may be a bit left field but at this point I would try looking and checking everywhere and anything for Yoshi.
