I don't see any red flags. I have run several searches and have come up with other information that is unrelated to breeding. Nothing that is unfavorable in the least.

Apparently This lady breeds Norwich Terriers and Soft Coated Wheatons. The site looks professional and I certainly don't think that asking for a fee to use paypal is out of line. The site does encourage you to use Certified mail which I would agree with. It allows you to have verification by signature that the package was delivered and it costs less than the paypal fee.

I'm not sure where you will be coming from but if you are going to drive be sure to bring Dramamine. There isn't 100 yards of straight road anywhere near this town.

This isn't correct. I know many people who have received their dogs from overseas. There isn't a quarantine. Generally quarantines apply to areas which have eradicated rabies....the US has not.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all your help. I am in touch with a wonderful breeder. I really get good vibes from her and I have also gotten two other referrals to other breeders fairly local. I am waiting on some more answers from this breeder but I already like her alot. And I love the look of her dogs.
