Apparently This lady breeds Norwich Terriers and Soft Coated Wheatons. The site looks professional and I certainly don't think that asking for a fee to use paypal is out of line. The site does encourage you to use Certified mail which I would agree with. It allows you to have verification by signature that the package was delivered and it costs less than the paypal fee.
I'm not sure where you will be coming from but if you are going to drive be sure to bring Dramamine. There isn't 100 yards of straight road anywhere near this town. |
