They will be fine! I have 3 boys that are each 10 lbs each. Although one should be about 6 lbs. I also have 4 girls and they are all less than 5 lbs 3 of them are only 3 lbs. They all play well together. If one gets too rough be it a big or little one, they'll let everyone know by yelping!!! Good luck with your decision!!!

My Joy is only 5 lbs and her best friend is a black lab. She doesn't know she is any smaller and the lab doesn't know she's any bigger.

Personally I would be nervous but that's me. If I were to get another I would want one around 10lbs so I wouldn't have to continually watch them play together since Bud's 16lbs. If I had a smaller Yorkie I know I would be too over protective and Buddy would feel the rejection. I wouldn't want that.

I have 4 dogs. My yorkie is my newest and at 14 weks old she is 2lbs. I also have a mixed breed who is about 20 lbs a cocker spaniel who is about 32lbs and a great pryenesse who is approx. 120lbs. The yorkie gives them all a run for their money. Of course you have to watch them when they play but dogs in the same household will develop their own pack order. They do not need human interference to figure it out. Just let them all know you love them equally and they will all want to please you and everyone will get along.

Hello, My 4 and 5 pounders pick on my 15 pounder. The 5 pound boy will go toe to toe with him when he gets mad, and the 4 pound little girl sneaks up on him and gets ahold of the hair on his face and pulls it. The big guy runs over the little ones on accident sometimes, but he's never actually hurt them. Whitney
