Yes I did. It wasn't alive. The road wasn't very busy at all so, I stopped for a minute just too look to see if I saw the dogs taking any breaths at all and I even had a mirror with me that I held up if front of it's nose nothing. I just couldn't bring myself to check the collar for the tags.

I am sure this was so very hard on you shecass. Especially since it brings back such painful memories of you yourself losing a beloved pet.

It's never easy seeing what you did and I am sorry.

Hopefully his little soul made it to rainbow bridge - I am so sad I am tearing up here at work. I will pray for him and his family.

oh you have no reason to be sorry. this must have been a hard thing, thats what we're here for. this kind of thing would make anyone upset, sharing with your friends will help a little.

OMG How awful! I wonder what the people who hit it was thinking? Just drive away? How cruel! They maybe could have rushed it to the vet. They didn't even try to find the owner? Not good sense. I will keep the people in my prayers. They are going to be so sad today!

Don't appologize. It's not your fault. You didn't upset anyone by telling. I think we are just sad for th little one. Please don't worry.

you have done more than most. It must have been really hard. Maybe it was chipped and they can find the owner that way.

Thank you from all of us it is an act of love for all Yorkie owners that you would do something so hard....expecially someone who went through the same loss.

wow, just picturing my Chanel when i get home everyday, stand on her rear legs and streching on me scratching my pants, makes my eyes watery thinking about it. i dont know what i would do if anything were to happen to her.
