Difference in Boys & Girls? - Page 2 - YorkieTalk.com Forums

This is amazing. I started a thread of how Duke is my shadow and that's so true to what everyone else said about the boys. He is always on my laps, touching me and following me around. Very interesting.

My yorkie girls are different from each other - one snuggles and cuddles and the other won't stay on my lap but comes up and kisses me when she is in the mood (which is often). My male toy poodle is very independent and not cuddly at all. I have to force myself on him.

My girl Lola is such a girl. Even has a girly bark. The boys like to sit right next to me. The difference is my girl is such an Athlete compared to my boys. They are all great and I dont know what I would do without them.....

My boy is a total snuggler and my female is very devoted to me, is with me where ever I go but not a lap dog. Will lay next to my legs or somewhere in the room where she is in view of me. She does not go to bed untill I go, the male will go to bed when he is tired. She is also very dominate in this house hold. She is the BOSS!!!!! Either way you will love your yorkie.

Canyon will follow me everywhere but when it comes to holding him, or him laying in my lap - no way - he will, only if he's sleepy or tired. Now when we go to bed, he will lay right up against me. And in the morning when we get up and he's all sleepy, he loves to snuggle. So Canyon is kind of in between.

) Ranger is an independant, active, patrolling MAN, lol! Ryder is the epitomy of a "mama's boy." He is GLUED to me, and will cry and whine and jump on my leg until I pick him up! I can't even go to the bathroom without him!

I think one major thing when considering a boy is making sure to get them neutered at an early age. Of course mine negate this- Ranger was neutered at 6 months and Ryder at 14 months.. why doesn't this surprise me

I think Ranger is a bit out of the ordinary
