| curious behavior My year old Yorkie Jonah has a strange habit and I am wondering if anyone can shed any light on his reason for doing this. Firstly, let me tell you Jonah under normal circumstances eats anything and everything and his meals are scoffed down in record time. That said, when I need to leave the house I put him in his kennel and give him a treat. He does not touch the treat. It does not matter how long I am gone he will not eat the treat. When I arrive home and let him out of his kennel he grabs the treat and eats it! Why does he save it until I get home? |

| Dixie does the same thing! When I leave for the day I leave her in her room with toys, a few hidden treats, food AND water. None of it is touched! Not even the toys. The minute I get home she is playing and dragging her toys around and eating her food. I do think Dix sleeps most of the day. But it baffles me that she doesn't eat her treats! Sorry I'm not much help, just wanted to let you know that I'm sort of in the same boat. |
