| Champions are printed in red with a "Ch." in front of their name on pedigrees. "Champion lines" is a term often used by backyard breeders to make people think they are breeding quality dogs. It really means that way, way back many generations ago a couple of the dogs were bred by good breeders. Unless the champions are in the first two generations, parents and grandparents, it really doesn't mean anything. |
