| Lana I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Although it doesn't really help you at this moment to hear from everyone that time will heal your pain, but it will become easier through time. It is then that you will be able to remember all the good, funny and loving things about Tinkerbell. Know that everyone here feels for you and may not always know what to say to help ease your pain, but, we are here for you. And, perhaps, rather than forever giving up breeding, perhaps you can just take a break from it for now. During which time you can make such an important decision more clearly rather than through a haze of pain. Lana I do not know you, but I feel for you and I know that you will eventually be able to accept Tinkerbell's loss and that you will be filled with her memories of love rather than memories of pain. | sorta long All I can say is WOW thank you ALL for your support. It has been very tough for me this past week. I have received several emails and Pms from people here and I would of NEVER thought that as many cared. THANK YOU ALL Tinkerbell started coughing.. I was like hmm this can not be, so I took her and five of the other babies to the vet thinking she caught KC (kennel cough) and if she had it then good gravy they all were going to catch it since they all live in the same house... Well the vet loved to see us all come in... She checked Tink and the crew out and ran some tests then gave me a call about 1 hours later to pick them up. She didnt realize I never left..lol (never leave your babies ALONE at the vet if you can help it.) The vet gave them anitbiotics and she stated that Tink has KC. But the other babies had no symptoms so she did not want to treat them. But of course she said bring them back in right away if I notice anything.. SO when I got home I wondered WHERE, How what ?? How did Tink catch it. Well my mind got to going and since I have a mommy brain I couldnt think of anything right off.. then it hit me .. About 2weeks before my friend came over and she brought over her ONLY 7weeks old little Min Pintcher, Delta Dior "DD". ( I know ) She just got her and wanted me to meet her.. Well I heard the thing cough but didnt give it a secound thought because I heard it and that was it. The others were outside and Tink was not allowed outside without me or hubby. Anyhow Tink started to cough a few days later. So off to the vet.. Anyhow Tink was given a portion of the meds due to her size, she couldnt fight this off and ended up back at the vet were she lost her fight. Her lil air ways were inflamed and she didnt get better her body was too tiny to heal itself. I knew that this little baby was a keeper when she was born So I called my friend and told her Tink had KC and to go have "DD" checked out...Well she found out that little Delta Dior "DD" has KC too, Debra (my friend) called the breeder lady and told her about "DD" having KC and come to find out ALL her dogs have it!!! So Tink got it from Debras backyard breeder. This lady is paying for "DD" to be treated. (Which she SHOULD) So Debra called the breeder and told her about Tink catching KC from "DD" So the lady called me and says how sorry she is and how this is only her 2nd litter and she feels SOO horrid and she wants to pay all my vet bills She wanted my vet info to find out what was done and she came over after she left the vet and paid me. She said that nothing good comes from doing a person wrong and Debra told her how much Tink meant to me and she started bawling!!! I miss my baby!! So I have made some RUSH decisions but it will work out and I think it is for the best. I am keeping 5 Tiffany, Charlie Jr, Kizzy, Precious,Giz and hmmmm I shall see what happens. I still may have 2 litters coming wont know until next vet appt.. But I will keep you all posted and thanks AGAIN!!!

| What an unfortunate tragedy to happen! I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet little Tinkerbell. That was nice of the breeder to take care of the vet bills BUT Money can never replace what you've now lost! May her little soul rest in peace!
