| Missy's Vaccinations and Check up Missy had her 2nd round of the Distemper booster today, as well as her first check up with my vet. The vet said everything looked great. She agreed with me that the Bordetella may not be totally necessary for her. We discussed it and she is leaving it up to me to decide. I didn't have her give it to Missy today. I also have to decide about flea protection. She is having me bring in stool samples to check for worms rather than deworming her again. She's already had 2 treatments previously for deworming. She could not believe how tiny Missy is. She was just in awe. She had to take her and show her to all the staff in the back saying that she "had to show off that she got the cutest patient of the day". Awwwww! Missy is handling the vacc's well. It's like she didn't even have them. She's peed, pooped, eaten, and is playful as always. I'm so relieved that everything went well today *big sigh of relief*

| Awwww, Gucci is such a sweetheart. I'm not surprised he was super spoiled at the vet. That's exactly how it should be! I will be getting Missy microchipped too. I thought that it was done during the spay operation? Maybe I should look into that. Because if it's done with the 3rd set of vacc's, Missy will be going back in 4 weeks and I need to look into it.

| Awgh thank you and I agree, they should all be spoiled!! At our vet here in CA they gave it with the 3rd set of shots, but maybe your vets plan is a tad different.. Just ask them and see what they say. I am glad he got it done though! the Home Again program offers a lot!! including a Free 24/7 poison control and emergency line for FREE when normally it cost around $85 per call just for them to tell you what to do |
