| Try one more time. OK now I am just plain mad. How do you reduce the size of your pics? Do I go to my Kodak program? Or can I reduce them on here? Thanks Paula |

| Maybe you need to resize them. I think the simplest way to do it is open it in Paint and then Image> Resize, Skew and change both percentages to about 20 or 25 percent.

| If you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager, here's how you can do it. Go to My Pictures, or wherever you store your pics. Find the picture you want. Left click, and go to Open with... then choose Microsoft Office Picture Manager. On the top bar, about mid-way across, click on Edit Pictures. You will get a bar on the right side. Click on Compress Pictures. It will give you several choices. Web pages should be the right choice to make your file size small enough to upload. Good luck! |

YT 2000 Club Member | I have the kodak program and reduce mine on there and have had no problem posting them on here. Here's what I do: I go to edit, crop the picture some, then click on the "save as" link and a once you rename the picture there should be another option on what you want to save the picture as, it should list, best for email, best for web etc, I click "best for web" and it resizes the picture then once I get back into this page I click the attachment link, click browse and upload from my recent documents. Hope this helps, if not PM..
