Mine did that too. When he is resting on your lap gentley massage both ears. Just rub in an upward motion a couple of days. Don't tape, it will stand. Also make sure the hair is really short, sometimes shaved.

Bella has the one ear at half mast look too. I am hopeful that it will stay that way, I think it is one of the cutest parts of her look.

My girl is about a year old and she's got the half up ears most of the time. Like the top part flops down but her lower part is up most of the time. Occasionally they stick up depending on if she's laying down or tilting her head just right lol

my puppy had her ears taped when I got her at 3 months and I was upset so took the take off. I liked the floppy look but then both of her ears stood up on their own but about a month ago one started floppy again. She is 9 months old now so I have started taping them. Something I was sure I would have never do. But I like the ears either up or down. I have just taken the tape off today and now both ears are down. I guess I will try trimming the hair and see what happens. Does anyone know if it is to late to tape since she is already 9 months?
