| Picture taking So... I have seen several cute pictures on YT of furbabies showing off their clothes. How do you get them to sit still? Is it a training thing? Just wondering because I just bought my furbaby some cute clothes and want to be able to take some cute pictures. Also, do you guys use like photoshop for backgrounds or do you just like take a plan sheet for the back drop. What can I say, I getting a little to professional

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I think training helps, I give Joey a treat after every few pictures, the treat is just is regular food, but it's enough to make him work. I've been practicing with a back drop, so far, it looks stupid, it's probably easier to put them on a couch or chair and use that as some type of backdrop, some people photoshop, but you have to be pretty good at cutting out the picture, or it looks bad. The easiest way is to use picture tubes, and you can get a unique look with those. This thread has some good tips on taking a photo. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...aby-101-a.html So far the thing that has helped me the most, is to get more to their level.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | My baby knows the command STAY. Thats how I get the pics. I also use Photoscape for my animated gif. got that from Nancy...heheh.. and you can use Blingee. Check it out. Photoscape is easy to learn..now I help others make animated gifs for their site. Just have to play with it a little. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Picture tubes are a picture that you can paste on another picture. Different programs call them different things; sparkles would be an example of a picture tube. The first picture is what the picture looked like originally, with a "balloon" picture tube; I was able to create a type of background that you see in the second picture. The third picture is just a "heart" picture tube, pasted around Joey to make the picture more interesting, and hide the background.

| I found blingee and created a picture from that. I was also wondering if the programs you guys use like Photoscope, etc. are programs you buy or download off the internet.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | It's really cute, but why isn't the Blingee moving, usually they move, and if they are resized to Yorkietalk's restrictions, they can be used as a moving avatar.
