Picture tubes are a picture that you can paste on another picture. Different programs call them different things; sparkles would be an example of a picture tube. The first picture is what the picture looked like originally, with a "balloon" picture tube; I was able to create a type of background that you see in the second picture. The third picture is just a "heart" picture tube, pasted around Joey to make the picture more interesting, and hide the background.
