YT 500 Club Member | Does your Yorkie stare at you? Sophie will stand in front of us and stare. Sometimes she seems as though she wants to talk and will give a little woof that comes from deep in her throat. Unfortunately I can't read her mind, which usually is on treats. She will just sit and stare until we do "something", which is usually the wrong thing.

| It so funny when they do. I always think that they are saying to themselves, "is she really our mom and is she really sane?" I love it when they do the head tilt. I usually get them going and they go back and forth several times.

| Boo does it all the time to his Daddy. Who is, unfortunately, totally unaffected by "Doggie Mind Control". It does drive DH crazy, but try as he may Boo is simply not able to get Daddy to do his bidding. Momma, on the other hand, will drop everything, jump up and run to do what Boo has commanded. But I choose to think of it not so much as Doggie Mind Control as my simply wanting to make my wittle Boo-Boo happy.

| Stare LuLu does this all the time. It's almost as if she is desperately wanting to say something to me. At times I'll look at her and say "What, what do you want?" Sometimes she just prisses around and other times she may take me to it or just simply come to me and give me her "pick me up" pose. Yorkies are so awesome!

| Twinkle does this too! She also does it to her reflection in the patio doors when it's dark outside - she's trying to talk to the 'other' yorkie! xxx

| Both of my dogs stare at me, especially my Shih Tzu. They just love us, because we take care of them. We provide them with a nice and loving home. All of their needs are met. Our dogs are just happy. |

| You know what really creeps me out is when I am changing and she watches me. I keep telling myself she isn't judging me, but sometimes it sure feels like it! Hahaha!

| LOL at Silly Awww im sure you are perfect in your Yorkie's eyes, lol! Milo does that to me constantly, he is always staring at me and seeing what i am doing. But I will say that the fact that they can stare at you right into your eyes or your face means they are not threatened by you and totally trust you so overall its a very good thing!

| Allllll the time! LOL Sometimes she will perch on the couch and stare at me while I'm cooking in the kitchen! Or she'll stare when I'm in the bathroom doing my hair, getting dressed, etc. I'll stop and and say "what Sasha? What do you want?" She'll either keep staring and tilt her head even more or come running to me. What's really funny to me is when she stares at my boyfriend. She always seems to do it from the side so you can see the whites of her eyes. He'll say to her "what did I tell you about cutting your eyes at me." It's so funny to think that she could be cutting or rolling her eyes at him as if to say "whatever" |
