| A mooshy post... I know this is mooshy and you people probably hear it all the time... but I have to post a THANK YOU to all of you here. I've only been a member of the forums since I brought Missy home on Tuesday, and I have learned SO much from all of you. Honestly, with having such a tiny wee one (7 weeks and 1lb 2 oz), you may have all saved her life. The breeder had her on terrible food (Science Diet), and I knew nothing about Nutri-Cal. You people have provided yorkie owners with such a wealth of GOOD information. I have been researching like crazy on here, and there's still so much more to read. I also have to say, I have belonged to several different types of messageboards in the last few years. This one is by far the friendliest. You are a wonderful group of people. I really appreciate the warm welcomes, helpful advice, even the concern about my pup being so young and at home already. You are a great group of caring individuals, and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate each and every one of you. I think Shaunna and Missy will be kickin' around these part of the woods for a loooong time THANK YOU!

| I agree wholeheartedly. I joined a few weeks ago with the adoption of my first yorkie. I knew nothing about the breed and they do indeed require different care than many of the larger breeds I was familiar with. I too have been on several message boards and this is by far the most warm board that I have been on. Advice is given from the heart, not always what some may want to hear, but honest and with the best interest of both the poster and their baby. I appreciate that, as I realize I do need proper direction at times, and knowing I can post and be told the honest truth is refreshing. Not feeling like you have asked a stupid question nor being bashed for an opinion you may have is the best! Welcome aboard, and I too will be around for a long time!

| I brought Harley home in July, and have had lots of wonderful advice with every question that I have asked. I'm still learning, but what I have learned in 4 months is amazing. I wish I had found this site before I purchased Harley, as I wasted alot of money on some things that I later found out were totally wrong for my boy. But, he is worth every cent! Jeri and Harley |

| I agree 100% This site is full of knowledgeable people who have a lot of useful information to offer. I joined a few months ago and it was the best thing I ever did. I've learned so much on this site. I want to also thank everyone who has offered their advice to me when I needed it. Thank you all.

| I love this board. It's very helpful to us too... We've been here less than a month and I feel like it has been forever. The first thing i do in the morning is check YT. Good luck with your new pup. Puppyhood is so fun.

| I agree 100%! I love this place and all the information I get from it. Sapphire is my first yorkie (first dog, too!), and this is the most informational, helpful, and nice place. I only wish I would have found it when I got Sapphire three years ago!

| I agree with all of it! All the experienced owners are so willing to help out those of us who are a little less knowledgeable about our yorkie babies. |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | I like mooshy posts; I'm a sentimental kind of gal! Welcome to the OP here and also to the other newer members who have posted on this thread. I am glad to hear that your experiance here has been a positive one and hope you all continue to be active members for the life of your yorkies! I have been a member for a little over a year and I don't think there has been one day since I joined that I have NOT been on YT....even if it was just for a few minutes to check in to see what's up. I have learned so much, hopefully have helped a few members with their questions, and most importantly, have made many new friends..........some of whom I've had the pleasure of meeting in person at the meet up in Kansas City this past summer.
