I kind of think I'm not going to fully decide until I pick him up and get a feel a little more for his personality but my top choices right now are: - Toby (I love this one but my husband doesn't and I guess we should agree =P) - Danger (we're leaning the most towards this one) - Ozzie - Willie[/quote] If I had found a male Morkie I was definately going to name him Mork like the Robin Williams character in Mork & Mindy. As it is, I found a Chorkie. I named him Spike because I like big dog names on little bitty dogs. Like Killer, or Fido etc.. But after about a week it just came to me that his name is Petey not Spike. LOL. Kerry

Welcome - I have a little Morkie - @ 10 weeks, he had a lot of the same coloring - now @ 5 1/2 mo he is leaning toward the Yorkie side. Whatever he turns out to be he's sure to be a cutie . . . These mixes are the best.

Oh, he's adorable! Congratulations! Since he's had some adventures and is from a shelter, maybe you should call him Finn or Sawyer.

I know it's been awhile since I posted this. But, back in October I did end up getting my little guy and as it turns out he is a Yorkie-Poodle mix. I misunderstood at first when I was confused about what he was mixed with. Also, his story about why he was in the shelter was because his mom was rescued from a puppy mill and she was pregnant. So she had the puppies in the shelter. It's been awhile, he started off at 1.5lbs. and is now around 4.5lbs. He's just a sweet little teddy and I love him so much. But we ended up naming him Danger because we thought it would be cute since he's the total opposite (except when it comes to my husband who is his arch rival lol). I've attached some pictures for those of you who commented to see. Picture 38 was when he first came home. He was so cute and tiny as you can see because that rope toy is about 6 inches long and that was the tiniest bed they had at Petco. Pictures 42 and 48 were from later on that same week I believe. And picture 11 is a more recent picture of him. Thanks for all of your comments and help, sorry I didn't reply sooner!

His head is actually starting to turn a greyish tan color (he's around 6 months now). He really does look more yorkie than anything to me at least. But I think he does have longer legs than a standard yorkie though.
