| Im soo Sad :'[ So after looking at countless breeders over the past couple of months and finding the perfect little angel for me,my husband said its not the best time to take on another responsibility, she is so perfect and i just fell in love with her from the moment i saw her and now i can't have her,and to make it worse she would have been my bday present... and on a worse note, when i got home from picking up takeout my little angel,Duckie( my chihuahua) has a bike under her left eye and its swollen,im sure she will be fine, shes just so tiny and i hate seeing my baby hurting... Sorry to vent on ya'll im just down from not getting the yorkie i wanted but i guess hes right its not the right time... Thanks for listning to my bull ya'll

| Well now, we want everyone happy (including Daddy), and I really really really have become a believer in that God makes things happen all in their right time. As long as you eventually get your Yorkie, whenever it comes will be the perfect time. I like the idea of getting on the breeder's waiting list.

| I'm sorry it didn't work out for you sweetie... I don't know the reasons why it's not "the right time" but it will happen when it's supposed to happen... How come you got as far to pick out your baby until your hubby said it was the wrong time?? Seems kinda unfair, but I don't know the details... I think maybe talking to your husband and see if getting on the breeders list for the next litter would work.

| I don't want to get your hopes up, but is it possible he's planning on surprising you with her? Just a thought.. some guys can get really tricky when trying to surprise you. Hope everything works out and you have a great birthday.

What do you mean, your chihuahua has a "bike" under his eye? Have you taken him to the vet?

| Had you discussed getting a Yorkie with your husband before your search? I'm not real big on a partner treating the other like a kid telling them what they can do or buy, but I am big on talking things over before coming to any decision. Adopting any dog is a major responsibility, and if taken care of properly they can live to be 16 and up and can have costly Vet. bills. I don't think they should be impulse purchases. Maybe your husband will even help you look for just the right fur-baby some day.

| Lol..of course,we discuss everything. He was kind of against getting a dog atm but i went on with my search anyways.Kind of against his will, and she wouldnt have been an impilse purchase,i would never take on another life without thinking about it 1st. Ive actually been learning about yorkies for the past 2 years if not longer...and have researched breeders and conversed with a few about owning them and even breeding in the distant future, they truely are my favorite breed and i really would love to own and breed them. I own a 3 year old chihuahua and have owned a blue heeler in the past which i produced 3 litters with, with another owners heeler stud so i have some minor expierience, and havent stopped learning since about different breeds, and yes i know all about vet bills, and im fully aware of the cost of owning and breeding an animal,my pets have checkups regularly.
