| It probably is the dogs mouth and she just doesn't realize it. A friend of mine has a male and he is 8 yrs old. They didn't brush his teeth when he was little. They regret that but boy does he smell.

| Actually it can be true. I've had a yorkie that was that way and it was because I got him at 4 years old out of a puppymill. The smell was in his pores and no matter how many time I wash him, he smelled. But after 3-6 months of good diet and living in a clean environment he didn't smell anymore. |

| That doesn't surprise me. You should have said, then why do you take a shower everyday if yuor going to have body odor any way. Thats such a dumb excuse. Anyways good thing she didn't get one because if she doesn't like to bathe them then she probably wouldn't give them all the additional care they need also. |

| I am in shock! I don't know what I would have said to this lady but knowing my mouth it wouldn't have been very nice. Becides stinkie breath in the mornings, Gus always smells good. And when he starts getting a little stinkie, he gets a bath. I never hear of such a thing.

| Sometimes people could just keep their opinions to themselves. It was a silly and rude comment to make. She could have just settled with 'how cute'. I am surprised she even has a friend.

But what a witch to walk up to someone and insult their breed. We're talking serious issues.

| It is entirely possible that the poor little thing has a skin condition, a dog with a yeast infection can stink to high heaven if not dealt with. I had a maltese that had terrible yeast infection which took years to clear up and trust me that little guy stunk. My vet recommended that I bath him every day but that was just a bit much to put the dog through. It is a shame however that this woman has no manners. |
