I agreed you can contact the breeder and procede from there. Small claims court is a good option. Good luck and please keep is posted.

My husband told me to contact the breeder and see what she says..We in no way want to do anything that will require deisel to get blood work to prove anything. we are just thankful we have him...and not someone that wanted a purebred yorkie and maybe would just dump him on the side of the road or whatever those heartless people want...i just dont want the breeder to be able to do this to other people..like i said before..he has the best personality...he lets daisy bite and chew on his ears and he doesnt bite her back....altho, it makes me wonder what happened when he lived with the breeder, he is petrified of the basement and when i put a new trash bag in the kitchen trash can...he takes off running....

i will write the breeder a letter with some updated pictures and wait for a reply...i work with a corp. attorney and i will mention it to her tomorrow...
