| Daizy's ears?? I've read that ALL yorkies ears are supposed to stick up. Well Daizy's ears do not stick up at all...unless she's sleeping....lol She's already 9 months old, and her ears flop over. Is it possible they will start to stand up later.....or are they going to always flop?

| Hi Tammy, First I want to say that I think your baby is just adorable w/ her floppy little ears Seriously! What a cutie! I've read here that if you keep the hair on the ears cut short that it will help them stand up. At 9 months, I'm not sure if that will help now, I'm sure someone w/ more knowledge than me will come along w/ better info. Tammy

| dogs ears up I have 2 yorkies. One has one ear down and the other up. When I got the next yorkie puppy nothing would do but get its ears up. I cut to triangles out of something stiff and place them inside her ear and taped them. Next morning uptaped them and her ears were up. She was a about 9 weeks old so I do not know if this would work for you. It really was the most amazing thing. camperbee |

| ears you know if you are going to pay for a yorkie and you want the ears up it is no big deal. I have a 16 year old with one up and one down . Is it cute yes. I tried everything to make it go up . The second yorkie I looked on the computer and found out all I had to do is tape the ears. It worked. It was painless and I wish someone had told me all I had to do is tape the ears for a day or two. Do I like Lucys ears Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Baby |
