Hi Tammy,
First I want to say that I think your baby is just adorable w/ her floppy little ears

Seriously! What a cutie!

I've read here that if you keep the hair on the ears cut short that it will help them stand up. At 9 months, I'm not sure if that will help now, I'm sure someone w/ more knowledge than me will come along w/ better info.
