| I'm so sorry to hear of Mya's passing. She looks so sweet in her little blankey. May she rest in peace. I want to thank you for the post. I was giving Katy the soft Nutro puppy food that comes in the little pouches I was putting it on her dry Wellness kibble. I just threw away a whole bag of the pouches. She hasn't been eating much lately so I was putting a little soft food with her dry. Maybe that is why her appetite is lower. Thank goodness for YorkieTalk and all of you. |

| I'm so sorry for you and your mom's loss. I had no idea dog food could be so dangerous! I may have already missed the answer to this but, does the vet know what the food did to cause this? Was there a contaminant? I will let any dog owners I know to avoid this dog food, as well as mention it to my vet/ local pet store!

| Last month, I switched my daschund from Eukanuba to Nutro. I notice the past week he had been having loose stools. I didnt know why. He got in the pen and ate Triss' wellness. I didnt think it would hurt him, hes got a rock solid stomach, but I had thought that was it. But 5 days straight of loose stools? He even had an accident in the house which is completely unheard of with Spike! There were 2 drops of blood on the floor too. UGH!!! I am so mad!!! I can't even buy any stupid dog food anymore. I will be switching Spike to wellness too today. I didnt feed him it before because it caused him weight gain, even on a limited amount. I just dont know what to do.

| Thats good to know about the weight formula. I actually special order wellness from my local pet shop since they dont carry it. Its about $40 for the big bag. I will see if they can special order that formula. This place is really friendly about ordering stuff for me. I asked them to order bully sticks, and they did. They carry them in the store regularly now because people buy them a lot.

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | This is soooo ridiculous!!! Wait...I'm sorry....first let me start off by saying that I am INCREDIBLY sorry for the loss of your mom's precious baby Mya. This is seriously heartbreaking. There are honestly no words to take away the pain but I am just so very sad for you guys I just get SO FRUSTRATED when I read these things. Dog food is supposed to keep our babies ALIVE not KILL THEM!!! I just don't know WHY....I don't know WHEN these STUPID dog food companies are going to WAKE UP and realize that this CANNOT continue any longer!!! I wish someone could just tell me WHY they cannot fix the problem! How many animals have to die until they "get it right!"?? Please give your mom a big hug for me....even though I don't know her I do know that what she has just gone through has to be so terribly devastating Sweetie I am just so darn sorry

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I'm so sorry to hear this. RIP Mya. I'm glad my baby is not on Nutro. I fed him that a long time ago before the recalls and he never liked it. Plus I found much better kibbles later |
