| 12 week old male yorkie available Hi I am located in SF, Ca I was given little johnny as a anniversary present from my fiance and then we learned that I am going to be deployed to Iraq. I need to find him a place to stay as my fiance will be moving to Europe to be as close to me as possible. He does not feel that he can take on the care of a puppy and a relocation all at once. I know this is extremely disconcerting to myself as we just got him but my discharge papers were supposed to be signed and I was free and clear but due to a little stupid stipulation (caught in a loop hole) I have to return to active duty, I will be gone for a year. I have to rehome my baby and I am hoping no one looks at me badly. I purchased him for $2500 and I am not even asking a fraction of that amount but will def need to ensure he will be going to a good home, I personally will not send AKC papers if the person is not willing to get him neutered and provide proper documentation. Please do not judge I love this little guy so much and feel this is the best decision I can make. He is only going to be b/t 4-4.5 lbs he currently weights 2 lbs 2oz Thank you |

| Then don't sell him! There is a group that will foster pets until the soldiers reurn, and these people know that you don't even know how long you'll be gone. Please consider them, google it. They're called something "Angels". Not sure of the exact name, just know "Angels" is the second word. Good luck. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Have you told the breeder you purchased him from about your situation? Many breeders will take them back and find them a new home, and give you the money from the sell. I would definitely check with your breeder. In fact, some insist upon knowing if you are planning to rehome the dog. Best of luck in rehoming, and in Iraq.

| just a little fair warning to all the kind hearts at Y T... I've received several emails about people giving away their yorkie puppies for free... Sadly, it's a scam. Since this is a new user with only one post I strongly suggest no one jumps in all at once. Sad that our society doesn't allow us to have faith in people anymore isn't it?

| As others have said... call the breeder, or find a foster home while you're gone! There are so many caring yorkie lovers on this site. You would have no problem finding someone. Heck, I'd even be tempted!! Some breeders will take back the puppy and refund your money, but I wouldn't expect a deposit back in this situation. But don't expect that if he came from a pet store, unless the puppy came to the pet store from a local breeder, then possibly the pet store could direct you to them.
