As others have said... call the breeder, or find a foster home while you're gone! There are so many caring yorkie lovers on this site. You would have no problem finding someone. Heck, I'd even be tempted!!
Some breeders will take back the puppy and refund your money, but I wouldn't expect a deposit back in this situation. But don't expect that if he came from a pet store, unless the puppy came to the pet store from a local breeder, then possibly the pet store could direct you to them.
