| so, its just about the end of day 1 I got the dog to poo outside for the first time! I praised it so much i think i terrified the poor creature, happy overload. She is now resting nicely in her crate, and i'm hanging out near the crate watching some TV. Now comes the first night. I'm waiting for when the dog calls out to take her outside, should be interesting. |

its 3:43am right now and things are going well. At midnight she woke me up, and i took her outside - instant pee. I brought her back in, and she cried out again (i thought she just didn't want to go back in the crate) and she poo'ed (oops!). She HATED being near her poo in the cage (good sign). Quickly cleaned, then back to bed. Woke me up again at 3am for a quick pee break. Now i need to get back to sleep for the 6am! | |

| 5:15, she gave a quick little yelp (her 'i'm about to pee, hurry up noise) and i rushed her outside. Being that its 5am i came inside too soon, she started to pee inside but i rushed her out and she finished there (great!) something strange DID happen though. I'm standing on the back deck and i hear barking from the woods! Sounded like a 'small breed' bark, but it sounded none too happy. I picked up the puppy and rushed her back in quick (thats not a situation i want). I hope it was just a fluke and not another dog smelling my puppy (ugh). |

| 7:00am puppy alarm clock goes off and off we go to the great outside. She quickly goes poo (YAY!) and i just as quickly step in it. We then head back inside for some food (she has food out all the time per the breeder) and she squats to go pee and i rush her out and she finishes pee'ing! I don't want to jinx it, but i see good things from her =) I'm a little tired out from waking up every 3 hours, but i figure every day will be a little better. |
