				 | My family and I have sold our home and bought a new one, but we can't move into our new home until they finish the floors, which is a few weeks after we move out of our old home. So we're putting all our belongings into storage and we'll be staying with my mother-in-law. Here is our problem -- well, not any more. My mother-in-law has two BIG dogs and we can't leave the girls there while we work. Luckily and at the perfect time, a groomer advised me about Yorkie Camp. This is a place where you can take your Yorkie(s) for extended vacation stays or daycare and it's for ONLY YORKIES! The guests at Yorkie Camp have a nice home with a fireplace, comfy beds, and a shady, fenced yard. The proprietors of this wonderful establishment are a retired couple, who have five furbabies of their own and are also involved in Yorkie Rescue. My husband and I are soooo relieved and happy our girls will have great care while we're at work during this transition. Once we're all settled into our new home and back to our regular schedule, maybe DH and I can go back to enjoying our three-times a year Harley-Davidson weekend trips. Then I'll definitely have the best of all worlds! Yorkie Camp is located in Upland, California, (909) 477-0343.

				 | That sounds fabulous So will they stay there during the day and at home w/ you at night? What a wonderful thing that it's only for Yorkies They obviously have great taste! Congrats on the new house!

We're going to Madison, Wisconsin, in November for parents' weekend at the University, so I'll probably use them then also. It's such a relief.

				 | How is it going with the yorkie Camp? I am having a halloween party next month and I think that I would like to have Bobby stay the night somewhere. I would hate for a guest to leave the door open or something, because he probably would run out. Bobby has never stayed over night somewhere but this place sounds like he might actually enjoy it. Did your babies enjoy the camp? |

but it was so close to our hotel, they had their own room and bed and own tv they were so happy there the owner said that they did great the only thing was that if they took one out of the pack they will get very nervous since they are so close to each other : we also have left them at the Wag hotel in San Francisco they always look so happy there, I also have a new place in Windsor of this owner has giving us their card at the Pet fair in San Rafael, they have web cam too and 24 hrs pick up wich we love that, but we are going to ck it out this place always looking for the best of the best for my girls I will never leave my girls alone in a hotel room with out our supervision no matter how nice the hotel is thankyou so much for posting, this | |

If everything goes through, we'll be moving the beginning of October and the girls will go then. I went to the Yorkie Camp to check it out and speak to the owners, and like I said before, I was very comfortable and thrilled that we found this place. If you'd give them a call, I'm sure they'd be happy to talk to you and allow you to tour their Yorkie "home". I think it would be ideal for Bobby during your Halloween party. I always fear the same thing when we have any kind of gathering at our home.

				 | I'm sooo relieved! The girls' first visit to Yorkie Camp was yesterday. It was a four-hour stay; sort of a trial run for their all-day visits. Well, I'm happy to say it went really well. When I was getting them out of the car this morning, they were so excited and all three were leading me. They knew exactly where to go and their little tails were wagging. I wonder if they even noticed I was gone?!

				 | I am so glad they liked it! We are going to check it out today. I will tell her that you referred us. I will probably do a trial day next week, so I can get some painting done at my house without any Bobby distractions |
