| No, we haven't had any issues with off-leash dogs but the people around here are pretty respectful of the leash law since we live in the middle of town and there's lots of traffic. Tucker just REALLY likes other dogs so he barks and cries as we pass them because he wants to get out and play! He's a goofball.
