| Senior Yorkie Talker | I didn't tape Leo's ears. I just figured I wasn't going to make him a "show" dog so why bother. Let him control his ears.

Donating Member | a lot of breeder would start shaving at 6 weeks so that it may stand on its on....and me myself would start at 8 weeks if they have not stand...because i would like for my babies to go to forever home with their ears up... no it doesn't hurt them...you would use masking tape (which is the yellow manilla tape) tape for 3-5 days take it off for a day...if the ears drop after a day redo for another 3-5 days.
