They're giving her the 60 most healthiest dogs back!!! HOW INFURIATING!!!!!!!! They can't do that! Wasn't it enough that those puppies suffered in her care the first time around!

Thanks Nancy1999 for the video! My question to anyone who has more information on this case, what will happen to the dogs determined to be to sick to go "home"????
Will they get to stay in their foster homes? Will that awful breeder have to pay for the medical bills of the sick dogs? If anything, she should atleast pay bills (it is her fault they are in that condition in the first place) AND not be allowed to keep any of those dogs!!!!:mad:

Apparently the numbers that will need to be returned are still up in the air, and they have hired a new lawyer that has more experience with this sort of thing. He says he doesn't blame the judge; she had to do what the law required her to do, and said that he hopes the new lawyer can present a better case. I thought it was interesting that her vet was the one who turned her in. Great to know that there are ethical vets out there, and not just in it for the money.

But if this guy presented himself and this case the way he did in this video, then no wonder things were not revealed as clearly and straight forward as they should have been, I realize you are limited verbally when lawsuits are pending as to what you say to the media, BUT????? WTH????? TG an attorney stepped up w/ some sense!!!!!!:eek:

Lol, I know what you mean, but remember, we each have strengths and weaknesses, and perhaps this man is not as articulate as you would like, but he does an amazing job of helping animals, and can hire a lawyer to act as his "mouthpiece." :D

423, my youngest daughter came over today and wanted to use my laptop because dad's computer kept bumping her off...Well, I said, in order for me to sign off and hand it over I need you to sign this petition, (first she knew of it, she was on my emailings for Monday a.m.)I asked her to type a comment she is #359...That's my girl! She LUVS her boy boyz as much as I do! When she wanted a cat and I told her daddy and Jonathan are allergic, she simply said, "Then let's get rid of them!", she was very little, haha...Remember pass the petition on!!!:thumbup: Now 428, 5 more just since begining this...

ended up calling the pom Honey, and I thought he called her Peaches! Am I wrong? Didn't seem well prepared! :confused:

I don't know, it was a little painful to watch, but I was just glad, I'll never have to do that sort of thing. It does take talent to be in front of cameras. Most of the people we see on TV want to be there.
