That's a cute picture that's for sure, the only downside I can see, is that by submitting the picture you are giving them the "rights" to use it, in anyway they see fit. I think they should pay "you" to use a picture.

I got a thing saying it was from my old high school. It was an alumni book, and it was a similar thing to that. I guess if I bought the book, I could be included in it.

Well, as time passes, I realize that I am just paying for her submission, and I have to decide if I want to do that. I guess my fear is that I don't want to pay and not get anything at all, or wait 3 years to get a book, or get a crappy book. Does that make sense?

I was so excited to find out I was a semi-finalist and that my photo would be in a book. I actually thought that I had some chance of winning something. But it turns out that everyone that enters gets into the semi-finals.

So before I knew that I ordered the book....which took a year and a half to arrive. I was VERY disappointed as 90% of the pictures should not have been in the book. They were totally out of focus, peoples head were cut off.

This is a money making scam for them. If you pay them, you will get a book with your picture in it. If you search the isbn# I guarantee you will not find that book. They are also notorious with using peoples photo's without consent to publish them just to fill up their books.

I believe this company also runs the cutest kid contests too.


If I paid a few hundred bucks I could get an award, trophy....etc
and you can become a member of their club.

I saw that site but didn't enter, although I thought about it... but looks like I'm gonna be a finalist
I'm just thinking, if anybody who submits a picture and pays for the book will get the picture included, that means bad quality pictures and maybe even "not that cute" pictures will be there (as some people comfirm). So, personally, I wouln't do it. I would spend the money on a scrapbook for only my yorkie , or even those scrapbooks you can buy online at places like snapfish... then you can show it to all your friends

Archie "won" this a couple of years ago as a puppy. I got the same e-mail asking for $69 for the book and also was "invited" to an awards ceremony. I never followed through, as I figured it was a scam after they asked for the money for the book.
