Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | ![]() There's the problem - you have to keep some hair on their manhood. I once trimmed Wylie way down and then noticed he had pee all over his side/chest fur and I was so confused. I now let it grow naturally there, as it should, including the fur that grows beyond the tip (if you trim that, make sure you leave a good 3/4 inch beyond the tip) - that's what gives the pee its direction. Sorry if that's graphic - but that's what works. ![]()

Nappys hair was to the ground. He lifts... and lifts... and lifts... I have always kept a little over 1/4 inch of hair on the end of his little winky and that helps the urine go in a straight path and not all over himself. Another thing I do is keep him shaved around that area underneath and a little more to the side he lifts on as well as up higher on the belly in front of his winky. So far he hasn't peed on himself but once or twice! He seemed to raise his leg higher and higher as his hair got longer like he knew he doesn't want to get dirty, lol.
