You must have been so scared. I live next to a busy road, and fear this more than anything. Always trying to make
my little ones wait at the gate, but their like grease lightening eh.

So glad they're safe.

i think when they want to run, there is no stoping them,, they have
a minds of their own. i really think they go deaf... lexi couldnt care less
when she runs after someone or something..she acts like she never heard me. its very dangerous and scary.
we just have to be xtra careful .

What a terrible scare..!!! Im so glad you are ALL ok!!

Once I had geese and they were in the yard doing what geese do..I just happened to look out the back window and saw stray dogs down there with them. I ran from the house in bare feet just like that to try and save them.

I have leapt over chain link fences to save a stray goose that landed in the yard with the lab!!!! And wondered how I ever did that... Its amazing what your mind and body will do in protect mode....
