Took her in at 10am this morning...I hope its gone ok...I was told i could ring after 2pm to check on her...its 12.40pm here now in the UK....I want my baby girl home! I went for a long walk with my staffy Bruce earlier to take my mind off it all..better than hanging around the house stressing!

oh im so sorry you must be miserable!!!!! Mind gets to wandering and ya just want your baby home!!!! I know the feeling! Well wishes and my prayers are with you for a safe FAST return home!!!

I remember all too well the nail-biting nervousness of this time

I just rang the vets..she is absolutley fine!!!! I'm soooooooo happy!

she is a lil wobbly and curled up asleep on her blankie..she had 4 canine teeth removed and 3 incisors, nails all trimmed and microchip..her bloods were all normal too which is good to know. the nurse said she is 'not looking to pretty right now' as she has some blood round her mouth and she did try to clean her up a bit but Pixie wasn't having any of it so they left her alone..I won't try and clean her up at all tonight..i'll leave her till tomorrow sometime when she is feeling a bit better. I hope she will maybe eat a little bit as soon as she can..she's sooo little and hasn't eaten anything for about 20 hours!

I'm worried about her blood sugar..I am getting some food from the vet..will probably be a prescription diet in case her tummy is sensitive for a few days..

So happy she is done and doing well. It is the worst feeling leaving them there for surgery. The waiting can drive you nuts!

It's the worst part..the wait..you keep looking at the time and thinking..'I wonder if they are doing it now' or, I wonder if she's woken up yet' you just torture yourself with it all..I did a 1 and a half hour walk with my other dog..I just kept walking! lol

Ooooooh! I hope all goes well.....I just got off the phone with the Humane Society making an appointment to have my Bryan Neutered....he'll be six months next week and I've been stressing over getting it done and the cost....the Humane society is going to do it for $43 usd that's great!!! I'm so happy
