| Excited Puppy!!! Mufasa is sooooooooooo loveable and he LOVES when people come over but today my nephew and mother-in-law came over and he was all over them. My mother-in-law does not like dogs so I know she didn't appreciate Mufasa being so excited to see her. lol How do I get him to not jump all over someone who comes in the house? I know I should probably break this behavior before he gets older. Suggestions? |

| Suzi loves it when we have visitors. She can't get enough attention from them the problem with her is that she wants to lick people in the face, all over. Even their mouth. Not many people lke that, LOL. Suzi is a lot better to have visitors here, but, if I take her to see people, she is very scared. So scared she shakes. It is better to have a friendly, sweet dog when people come by, then one who is aggressive. Your visitors have to understand that this is your Dog's way of saying hello and welcome to our house!

| Roscoe, my english springer spaniel, is the same way. He gets so excited when people come over. He weighs 40lbs though, so it is not so cute! I have a crate in my living room so when people come over he goes in there for a few minutes until he has time to calm down. That way he is still a part of things, but he can't maul my visitors.
