I am not a spokesperson for Stacy nor have I every "peddled" her dogs or anyone elses for them, despite being asked by her to spread the word. Yes, I was asked by her to do so, but NEVER did I agree to it or actually do it. I would like to invite anyone here or elsewhere that I have contacted regarding buying one of her pups to speak up cause guess what...it NEVER happened.

In case you didn't notice, I didn't defend anything that Sylvan did in this thread but instead tried to HELP the OP by getting the information she was asking for and wishing the best. Nor at any point did I defend Stacy's actions or make excuses for her--just that I hope the root of the problem works out for her and all invovled. Of course, I'm not surprised by your reply and attempt to make it seem otherwise...same old tactics.

Fortunately, few people in this world put much stock into what trash and gossip is spread for entertainment purposes off this site, but nice try.

Why are you attacking Misty over this. She never once intimated that it was entertaining nor defended stacy. She was only being helpful to the OP.

I am always so surprised to see these threads and feel so badly for the people with these sick babies .

I was talking with Sylvan Yorkies back when I was looking to add my last furbaby and after a few emails back and forth decided to not proceed with buying a yorkie from her.

At the time, I thought maybe it was just the wrong time or I had cold feet, but now I am truly glad that I didn't decide to go that route.

I don't really have a clue what's going on with the situation in general so I can't really say, but I just have always thought "what if" I would have decided to go w/that yorkie.

I am so sorry that you have been scammed by this breeder. It is not your fault despite what Misty says above. You were trusting the breeder which you should be able to do. You have learned a hard lesson but I am glad you "rescued Mia and she is getting the care she needs.

It is no secret on this forum and others that Misty and Stacey Luyben have been good friends for several years.
