| SOMETHING happened.... but I dont know what. On Friday my pups got out for the first time ever. They went out the fence when the neighbor boys didnt shut the gate. They werent out to long(maybe all of 30 min)but it was big fun for Lana and Chloe and NOT fun for Tank. The girls went to the creek and went swimming and had a blast. Tank didnt get wet and I dont know where he went. When he came back hes soooo timid and scared. He didnt bark agian till tonite(sunday) and hes terrified of the cats now. Hes gone from the pushy fearless leader to a timid lap baby. Hes still healthy, no poo or eating problems, and he has no marks on him but I can tell something has happened. I wish he could talk then I could help him. Any ideas what it could be? I want my Tank back. |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I'm so sorry. Do you think, since he is afraid of the cats now maybe he saw a wild cat or some wild animal. I hope he gets back to normal

| aww poor Tank. Could it just be a short seperation anxiety kind of thing? MAybe he thought he was lost and wouldn't be coming back home to you and it freaked him out. Now that he is home he is sitting in your lap in fear of being away from you again like that? Poor guy, I hope Tank gets back where he was real soon |

| I had a kitten that got out of my house one time and she got chased back into the house by a raccoon! She was lucky she wasn't hurt or killed by the raccoon but she never went out the door after that!! She lived to 13 years old and never went out an exterior door ever again!!! We would leave the door wide open and she could see birds and she still wouldn't step a foot outside!! I hope Tank is more resilient than my cat Sugar!!

| I'm sorry, but I don't have a clue. I just wanted to send Tank some hugs and a belly rub.

| Poor Tank! Please give him some extra lovin' from me! I am so glad that they all made it back home without physical injury. I sure hope he can recover mentally soon! I know it must be breaking your heart to see him like that.

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | I hope with time, he gets alot better. He probably just got so scared. Maybe he heard something & was trying to protect the girls. I'm just so glad they are all ok & now home safely!!

| I think I'd be worried about the neighbor's boy leaving the gate open again. Can you put some type of lock on it? I'd be concerned that it would happen again and worse things would happen. It only takes a second for tragedy.

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Oh, that poor baby! Obviously, SOMETHING scared him....or he could just be afraid of being without you again. Maybe he was scared since he was gone for awhile (30 minutes probably seems alot longer to them than it does to us) - I really don't know Maybe a grumpy, angry cat came up to him and hissed or pawed at him and it freaked him out? Or maybe a bigger dog somehow scared him? Who knows....but I hope that with time you have your "old" Tank back!

| I gathered ALL the neighborhood kids together and explained my fence to them all. Were a close group here and I feel good that the fence wont get left open agian. It was done the last time by my neighbors Austic son who was following his brothers. They all felt horrible the pups were out and want to keep them safe. Im lucky there Everyone LOVES my babaies! |
